Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the campaigns, content, and activity permitted on WISHLane at wishlane.com. It applies to everyone who uses the platform and forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. By using WISHLane you agree to this Policy.

1. Payment Provider Requirements

Payments on WISHLane are processed by Stripe. In addition to the rules below, you must comply with Stripe's Restricted Businesses list and Connected Account Agreement. Any business, campaign, product, or activity that is prohibited or restricted by Stripe is also prohibited on WISHLane, whether or not it is listed below.

2. Prohibited Campaigns

The following campaigns and uses are strictly prohibited and will be removed:

• Weapons, ammunition, explosives, or their components or accessories.
• Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia; tobacco, e-cigarettes/vaping, alcohol, cannabis, or prescription/pharmaceutical products.
• Adult or sexually explicit content, products, or services.
• Gambling, lotteries, raffles, sweepstakes, or other games of chance.
• Investments, securities, lending, debt collection, credit repair, cryptocurrency or virtual-currency offerings, and any pyramid, Ponzi, multi-level-marketing, or “get-rich-quick” scheme.
• Hate speech, harassment, or any content that promotes, funds, or celebrates violence, terrorism, self-harm, or discrimination against any individual or group.
• Bail, ransom, or the legal defense of violent crimes.
• Counterfeit, stolen, unlawfully obtained, or trademark-/copyright-infringing goods.
• Regulated, recalled, or restricted products or services, or anything requiring a license the creator does not hold.
• Fundraising that is false, fraudulent, misleading, or misrepresents the recipient, purpose, or intended use of funds.
• Any activity that violates applicable law or Stripe's Restricted Businesses list.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use WISHLane to: engage in illegal activity or money laundering; impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation; upload malware or malicious code; scrape, harvest, or misuse platform data; circumvent fees or payout controls; interfere with the platform's security or infrastructure; or post spam or unsolicited commercial messages.

4. Enforcement

We may remove any campaign or content, freeze or reverse contributions, and suspend or terminate any account for a suspected violation of this Policy — at our discretion and without prior notice. Contributions above a set threshold are held for manual review before release, and funds may be refunded to contributors where a violation is found. We may report unlawful activity to Stripe and to the appropriate authorities.

5. Reporting a Violation

If you believe a campaign violates this Policy, please report it to support@wishlane.com or via our Contact page. We review reports promptly.
